James has developed Sigma in Colchester primarily through a network of professional connections and an enthusiastic, professional attitude. Highly knowledgeable in all areas of financial planning, he has a huge amount of industry experience, and although he is rapidly approaching middle age, still thinks of himself as one of the younger members of the team.
