Ali joined James in 2009 to provide some much needed PA support and structure to the Colchester office. She has over 20 years experience in administration management, and controlling her two young boys has been the perfect preparation for looking after James.
She enjoys working part-time, is a trained chef and constantly reminds her boss that "we've all had a nice day, now don't go and spoil it...." when he starts to get stressy.
